Who do we help?
We’ve been working with a hugely successful accountancy firm from the West Midlands. They are a medium-sized firm consisting of 8 Partners and 4 Senior Managers, and 30+ Junior members. All hold specific industry-based qualifications. They have a stable client base, a solid market position, and an experienced minimal employee turnover – this is about to change due to several existing partners retiring within the next 3-5 years.
How do we work with them?
We visited them on several occasions to understand more about the long-term strategic direction and to get a sense of the company culture across business partners, senior managers, managers and juniors.
We also attended meetings and engaged in one to ones.
What was our solution?

- To offer solutions that enable employees to contribute to the big picture.
- A series of Online Workshops – labelled as ‘soft skills’ all tailored to complement regulatory requirements and in house processes/procedures.
- An in-house Developing Managers programme, with the aim of creating a sustainable succession plan
- We continue to provide One to One coaching support to Partners
