These masterclasses have been designed to support anyone in a middle management role (Team Leader, Supervisor, Deputy or Manager). It is for those aspiring to move Management and Leadership roles and for those already in a role that may have been promoted from within and therefore likely learnt whilst ‘on the job’.

The Management Development Programme content has been sense checked and aligns with new Management Apprenticeship Programmes (Level 3 & 5).
